Aircraft Assessments

Aircraft and engine assessments are carried out by Tech One on behalf of aircraft owners, operators and leasing companies for a variety of reasons. These may be general or specific depending on the client's needs or requirements.

In general an overall aircraft assessment will include a condition report, current market information, investment potential, and resale or lease renewal criteria.

Condition Report

The condition report will give a general overview of the condition of the aircraft and/or engines, it will contain similar information to the general physical inspection report listed in the ‘Inspections' section.

Current Market Information

The current market report is an assessment of the aircraft type, model and history in relation to similar types of the same age and utilization that are currently on the market. It will highlight differences that will affect market potential relative to modification standards of the equipment fitted and the aircraft configuration.

Investment Potential

The investment report will be based on a number of factors, aircraft age, previous utilization, physical condition of the aircraft, current operator, location and current market information.

Resale or Lease Renewal

This report will be a combination of the information contained in all three previous reports to determine the resale or lease renewal criteria. It will also include a detailed investigation of the aircraft records to determine compliance with all regulatory requirements and lease return conditions.

Appraisals and Valuations

Tech One does not provide appraisals or valuations at this time, however reputable companies, qualified to provide this service, can be recommended to clients when required.
